Establish a Calm Relaxed State

Bring your Attention to your Heart

Feel your Inner State

Inhale bring Loving Kindness to yourself

Exhale – Let The Stress Fear and Negative Feelings Dissolve


Bring Your Parents Image to Mind

Feeling your Love for Them

Inhale – Drawing their Suffering into You

Exhale – Send Waves of Loving Kindness to Them


Shift your Attention to Your Direct Family

Feel Your Love for Each Member

Inhale – Draw in Their Suffering and Pain

Exhale – Waves abundant Love and Kindness to each Family Member


Expand your Attention to your Immediate Community

At Home or at Work

Repeat the Process


Expand to your Country
