DoubT

DoubT = Double Talk

When we Double Talk with Ourselves
Our Initial Focus becomes Crowded with Opposing Thoughts

When our Initial Focus Remains Strong
Nothing Phases us and We Follow thru on Our Desired Course

Immediately After a Decision

Is there a Silent Knowing
with
Strong, Supportive YES/NO/DEFER Associations?

or

An Unknowing Uneasiness
with
a Host of Double Reasoning Energies?

If we Continually Doubt Ourselves – especially at Crunch Times
Do the Accompanying Tangents have Familiar Past Related Themes?
Can we Ascertain the Causes of Our Uncomfortability?

Staying Focused on The Pureness of each Main Thought
With Well Defined Support Parameters

Can help Heal many aspects of our Internal Chatter
UnDoubTedly hehheee
